to jab or not to jab
ok as the title says jab or not to jab.

thats a question in itself,but do you have to jab. becouse to be honest i really dont (dont like needles lol) .

You can do orals but it will put alot of stress on your liver and by the sounds of it you havent really reasearched about aas.

Read some the stickys on this board, will give you good info.

i hated needles and even fainted geting blood taken once, i started by gettin a mate to jab my ar5e, now im fine doing delts, legs, glutes, just do it and after the first few times you'll wonder what all the fuss was about.

do you have to jab diff muscle groups in order to see gains in the diff muscles.

not usually, although i think there is some anecdotal evidence of people experiencing localised gains i dont think it is that noticeable.... i inject in my glutes (buttocks) and they are not proportionally more muscular than the rest of me...... they're just fat
