Oxy cycle...

Ok, so I am moving onto the 3rd cycle of gear now and have been relatively happy wth results from D/bol... But it was going no further after my final week! I have been off gear and on my PCT for about 6 weeks now, just wondered really what is the best to run with Oxymethalone?

I have been advised:
50mg Oxy
20mg D/bol
1/2 shots of test. weekly depending on how I am feeling.

Read up a bit here and there on cycles and dosage, but just wondered what would be everyone's opinion as I have read some pretty good stuff from the Mods on here!

I am currently weighing in at 86kg at 6ft 2in
Diet includes average of 4500-5000 kcal daily and I am also having a Sci-Mentor Nutrition Whey Protein shake. Which tastes good and give me a nice 2500mg of Luecine a day lol... Only the one though because it makes me feel sick, but i have to have milk not water!

Ermm... So yeah, any decent advice on what to run?

12 weeks of Test with a 4-6 week kickstart of Oxy's would be cool.

Thats a bad cycle, there iv'e said it
How long is this cycle?
Do you have a PCT plan?
How long have you been training? I got to ask with those stats and two cycles done, there's obviously something wrong, as it doesn't seem to be a calorie defecit, it must be down to your training regime.

Oki doki, it is just what was suggested form another site and a similar one to the supply...

Cycle would be 6 weeks...

As for the PCT, I am planning to do, as follows:

Week 1: Clomid 150mg/d, RXT 25mg/d, DHEA 200mg/d, LX 75mg/d
Week 2: Clomid 100mg/d, RXT 25mg/d, DHEA 200mg/d, LX 50mg/d
Week 3: Nolva 60mg/d, RXT 50mg/d, DHEA 200mg/d, LX 25mg/d
Week 4: Nolva 40mg/d, RXT 50mg/d, DHEA 100mg/d
Week 5: Nolva 20mg/d, RXT 75mg/d, DHEA 100mg/d
Week 6: RXT 75mg/d, DHEA 100mg/d

I have been training for around 2 n a half years and am a Level 3 Qualified Fitness Instructor! So no worries on the training at all there mate! It's not a ****ty YMCA qualification either!

Awful cycle though mate, just a read of the profiles will give you an idea as to why.
What are your goals for this cycle?

My goal is just to get bigger really, if I'm honest! I don't want to go onto Winstrol, Deca and some pretty hardcore stuff like that, Oxy seemed like the best option after D/bol, as it doesn't seem to work well anymore for my body! My strength has gone through the roof and can now Lat Pull Up an extra 35kg belt and Dip 25kg extra with a belt. Size does not seem to be there, as far as I can see...

What would YOU recommend as a good cycle then?

Well as youv'e already got experience with orals, how about a simple test cycle, say 500mg wk for 10wks, with an oxy kicker for 4wks@50mg ED.

Dbol and oxys make for a very poor stack, they are far too similar, they will both give you qiuck gains with a lot of water retention, this is why it's said that gains are hard to keep on orals,apart from the fact they are both at the high end of liver toxicity.

You can use Oxy's and Dbol together.

It's not a big deal.

It's not the makings for a great cycle. But you can use both together.

Most people opt to use Oxy's an Dbol together, when they dont want to use a higher dose of either.

Mars's advice is the best you will hear IMO. Use Test for 10-12 weeks, and use the Oxy's for a kicker.

Oxy's can be safely run for up to 8 weeks. I wouldn't go any longer TBH.

Most would concider Oxy's much more 'hardcore' than Deca or Winstrol.

Test+Deca+Dbol = The best stack you'll ever use to build mass.

Oxymethalone, is probably the most damaging steroid other than maybe halos to the body there is.
You will hold a stone in water and then when you come off, **** it down the toilet.

at 6"2 and 86kg, for a 3rd cycle there is somthing wrong with your diet (maybe you have an uber metabolism) andi think if you try and stay at around 6% bodyfat while on a bulking cycle you will compromise the gains you will make.

IMO
