How easy is it to keep tbol gains post pct?
i am dieting, want to add a little strength and lose bf so im down to 8% after a 5 week course (my aim) currently have the outline of a 6 pack if i tense. is guess 15% bf.
once im on pct i re-weigh my self an eat maint at 2g protein per pound of bodyweight.
i am also on a keto diet atm. once i come off i plan on adding carbs pre / pwo and ppwo.
if iam deadlifting 190kg 3 reps, do you think im over doing it trying to deadlift 200kg for 3 reps by the end of the 5 week course and then maintain that strength gain?
id be gutted if i got to 200 only for it to drop back down again. reason why i am cutting is also coz i want to deadlift 3x my own bodyweight. that is one of my life goals and im pretty close to achieving it.
