![]() | noob. mass cycle & pct? hi all. apologies for my first post being a question. i used to train regulary until a couple of years ago when i injured my back (which is now spot on ). i have recently returned to training in the gym (about 3 months ago) and im making good gains. although i have a fairly solid base to work from i do have a bit of a belly and love handles which im not overly concerened about at the moment. excess body fat is limited to my torso. what i am planning on doing in a few months time, around october(which incidentaly coincides with my trip to egypt ) is start on a cycle.i have exp of using test which i did a few cycles of a few years ago with no problems. admitedly i didnt do my research back then and knew nothing of PCT. this time im doing my research but it all gets a bit confusing with all the contradictory information out there. i have been recomended this cycle by a friend of a friend for bulking up and wondered what you guys had to say about it? in addition i have added the pct part which was not included with the cycle. comments and advice are much appreciated. thanks in advance
EDIT: IM 28. A COCK HAIR SHORT OF SIX FOOT, 15 STONE AND EAT CLEAN THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME (WE ALL HAVE OUR OFF DAYS) TRAIN 3 DAYS PER WEEK AND DO 2-3 DAYS CARDIO USUALLY AFTER THE WEIGHTS. welcome mate If you are fat, i wouldnt bulk..but thats just my thoughts...and of course you gain more mass when you are lean As for the cycle I would say either all test 1-10 at 250-500mg per week PCT 3 weeks after all test 1-10 at 250-500mg per week PCT 3 weeks after but use 20-30mg of dbol ED for first 4 weeks all test 1-10 at 250-500mg per week PCT 3 weeks after and maybe DECA up to week 9 although DECA would be better to week 11 and sust to 12 I think the cycle is not required and i dont like the ramping theory PCT IMO should be 3 weeks after last sust shot, not as per chart above and HCG in the last week of shots post your diet and training for help |

Id say as above pic a dose and stick with it and dont think there is any need for tapering in this cycle. Id say sust at 500mg and deca at 400mg with dbol between 30-40mg a day pct as lost soul said.
