im not too sure here we were talking and he decided it was because what he had avilable at the time i told him it was a bad idea and he suggested.

week1 sus250 1ml + deca pronabol200 2ml
week2 sus250 1ml + deca pronabol200 2ml
etc for 8 more weeks.

any more advice would be helpful thanks guys =D

Thats a little better but id prefer it the other way round eg. 2ml sus instead of 1 etc.

with that much deca theres not enough test, (sus)
he might end up getting the famous deca-dick, not being able to get a hard-on,
tell him to either double his sus up to 2ml a week or drop the deca

not sure but then your asking that because thats the answer you want,

if you know all the bloody answers LS why dont you just be the first person to answer all the threads. I was giving advice which is what this forum is for, i dont make out i know all the answers, ....unlike some.

but to answer the question, i usually double it to make sure, and i dont suffer from deca-dick so that works for me

What has he done before in terms of cycles

IMO (for jab based cycles)

first cycle

250-500mg of test per week only

second cycle

dbol kick start or DECA up to about 300/400 with same amount of test

third cycle

TBH Its open to a massive amount of subjectivity but adding tren/dbol + DECA/more test/oral to finish or accompany part of cycle or simply eating more food on lowish dose of gear

loads of choices

its not the amount of ml he takes mate, its the mg of stuff, 2ml of sus would be 500mg of test altogether, so he can take 200-300 mg of deca, so it depends on the dosage of the deca he has how much to take,
you can get 'n-max 400' deca which is 400mg per ml, or organon deca which is only 100mg per ml, whats the full name of his deca and what does it come in ie. 10ml vial, 1ml amp 2ml amp....


but as said above, first cycle test only at around 500mg is more than enough, save the deca for next time!

LS: im not having a hissy fit at all, its just sometimes you give very sarcastic and patronising answers to people, if this was not the case this time, i apoligise, but it did come across a bit like that!

Well, deca d!ck everyone does not get, at one time when I was terribly stupid, I took 600mg of deca only during a cycle, I never got deca dick, I was a madman in bed, the gains were fair, but took forever to manafest.
End of the cycle I crashed super hard.
Recovery was serioiulsy compromised.
For this reason along I would suggest no on Deca first cycle, gains take forever and recovery can be a problem.

Testosterone is awesome, my personal favorite of any gear.
Recovery is not that bad, sides are all well known and avoidable.
Sex drive is just lovely, well, not for the girlfriend, it upsets her.....lol

250 to 500 test is fine, start out with 250 and go from there.
