 | Libido boost/pump on test-e: How long does it last? I have been on test-e 500mg per week (split into 2 x 250mg doses) for 4 weeks now which is my first ever cycle. For the first 3 weeks I noticed a lot of water retention, a pump, a feelgood buzz and a definite increase in libido. However for the last week that all seems to have gone (although the water retention/bloat is still there) and libido, etc is back to normal. Last week I started a new batch of test-e (same supplier) and am wondering whether it is a fake or whether the libido boost at the outset normally drops a bit as you get further into the cycle? Any experiences most welcome. NB: Lost Soul, please keep out of this thread. I can do without your sarcastic and patronising comments. |

  | Re: Libido boost/pump on test-e: How long does it last? If your gear is bent, then thats another issue. If it is legit you may look to proviron, your carbohydrate intake and if you are overtraining. That is not patronising, use it if you want disgard it if you don't

| Re: Libido boost/pump on test-e: How long does it last? i found that bad water retention affected my libido quite badly for some reason, I eat mega clean now when i use enanthate and that for me eliminates bloat etc and my sex drive remains good verging on downright twisted , LOL

For some (me included) libido increases for about the first 3 weeks then after that things start to level off. IMO this is because you have reached a level where blood hormone concentrations are no longer on the up and have peaked. I often find ilbiod and mood are positively effected while blood/hormone concentratons go through a net increase. When I lower the dose or cycle off I find libido and mood are negatively effected while blood hormone levels decrease. When blood hormone levels are more constant I find libido and mood are normal and consistant. For me it does not matter if that constant blood hormone concentrations are natty, a cruise dose of 100-200mg/w or on cycle at doses 1.5g and above. |

Gear is Norma Hellas test-e, only ordered a small test batch to start with then a larger batch and it is the second batch I am on now, although to be fair the batch numbers and exp dates are exactly the same on both so no real reason to be suspicious I guess. I am running Arimidex 0.25mg (mon, wed and fri), nothing else. By the way, I also take Dutasteride 0.5mg per day (have done for a while to stop hairloss, which really works). That has always dampened my sex drive so perhaps now that my test levels have risen and peaked then the Dutasteride is doing its thing again and libido will drop to more typical levels. Makes sense. My friend recently switched from 400deca/week and 500sust/week to 500 test-cyp week as he ran out of the other two and I had a spare bottle and 4 weeks into this woke up one morning and the misses wanted sex and he said no matter how much he tried he could not get wood. Now he has noticed strength gains, size difference and the gear is definately working and i have used that myself. But the flacid impotence but I'm at a loss for? But for me I'm horny all the way through as as Kezz can get almost twisted due to be insanely horny. PCT time I just loose interest and wouldnt care if I was getting 40 odd virgins in heaven!!
