i think its because luke wants to be massive and does compete (successfully), whereas this dude doesnt want to be massive or compete

I think the point that everyone is trying to make is that, it takes years of hard trianing and a good diet to achieve a sculptured physique, no amount of gear or other substances will achieve this, there are no secrets no miricles just god damm old fashioned hard work and thats why bodybuilding and fitness is so hard and only a few succeed because reality is that alot of people cannot be assed to put in the hard work LOL!!
