  | Re: I want to start taking steroids-who can i trust and what would be the best cycle? i have never ordered online myself so I can't help you mate... as for diet, maybe make a new thread in the diet section with your current diet, goals, stats, training outline, etc etc, as much detail as possible, and although i doubt someone is going to write a full personalised diet out for you (most people get paid to do that), they will def give you some pointers. it is good that you have not been put off by some of the comments we have had on here (including from me),  |

I know a guy that got scammed twice before buying online, guess he didnt learn the first time...lol Dont buy online, you will get scammed and there is nothing you can do about it. OK, a few things first, testosterone is testosterone period. All testosterone is the same, only diffrence is the ester attached to it to increase or decrease the release of the test into the blood. Nothing more, nothing less, sides are all the same regardless of the ester attached. Now that that is settled....lol Beings that you dont have a source then you can fine tune your diet and training now while you have our attention. You do have a nice shape, so that is a plus for starters. Why not post up your diet right now and your training and let us have a look at it to help you to fine tune them? Nobody is going to go through everything from scrath for you, if you have specific questions ask away but some effort towards reading up on the basics wouldn't go a miss  Good luck

I'm sure this has been requested already but you have dodged the question. What makesme laugh is you ask how much a good diet will cost.. Is money an issue? So is taking gear instead of dieting? You need both and both combined will cost you a few quid.

Alot people want to look like these big men and women. but dont relise the work and effort dedication also years put in to getting it all. Your diet training and routine has to be 100% to get those looks. Steriods will not get quick fix people seem to think this. Hard work and dedication does get what you want. Basicly do things the right way and be willing to train and diet for years or life time. |
