hey,ive been at work all day so i havent had the chance to reply
thanks for the advice everyone but i wanna here the info that jjj and yetiman have regarding my thread.it is very helpful.
when i say fast i dont mean overnight i mean 6-8 months i wanna see a good difference,i dont wanna be massive or compete or anuything,i want to have a good first impression to the ladies ect.

You look quite decent in your avatar mate. Most ladies don't go for the huge look anyway - they prefer the men's health model type.

At your age you will have lots of natural testosterone in your system without adding more.

Your best bet is to post up your diet and training with as much detail as you can.

Once you have those right and you feel you're not getting anywhere maybe look at juicing then.

As I said in another thread - taking gear without enough food is like having a gang of sh1t hot builders but giving them no bricks.

Test e is the most commonly recommended starter on here. I would advise lots of reading first though, if you are determined to do it.

cheers for comment,yeah i am determined..to be honest i dont really wanna here people say dont take them ect...but im literate enough in regards to steroids..ive read so much on them i have became confused..there so many cycles ect and people say different on what to start on...is it a good idea to start on one thing or what?i think maybe my thread was worded wrong in regards to info i want to here..

If you don't wanna be huge and have a time scale of 6-8months you can do it naturally if your diet is good. You're still going to have to eat a strict diet which ever route you chose and if you're strict for 8 months with good training and no steroids you'll look good.

Well I'm telling you.. You'd be a kn0b to take them.. full stop.

Have a good read of the stickies mate.

Are you ready to probably put on a stone, then lose a chunk of it after the cycle has finished? Possible spots, gyno (man boobs) on cycle and what the signs are and how to combat them?

Do you want to inject or not? Do you have a good source?

As I said, post up your diet and training so people can help you get them right to maximise a cycle if you are determined to do one, as your first cycle is usually your most effective.

mate the diet thats perfect for you is impossible for us to predict without more info, and also I'm sure you can find a good one on here or other bbing sites.
