well said carly,

hey mate welcome to the forum... good diet and solid training will be 100% effective for you right now.... also sticking at it and not being 'on and off' as this is something you can NOT do on a cycle you have to be ON all the time...

also, referring to the title of the thread i detect that might be a slight fish for sources which is not allowed, if it isn't then please ignore me.

Try posting your diet, training schedule up and see if there isn't room for improvement before you think about using AAS...

lol...........read all the above mate for what you should do, but to actually answer your question, a test only cycle would be ideal for you, sustanon250 either 1ml or 2ml per week, if its your first time you'll see good results with it,.....providing your eating right and training hard,
but its best to hold off the gear for as long as you can- it will be better in the long run, but im the same age as you and i know exactly what its like thats why i took the plunge lol

Why do you recomend Sust on a first cycle? This has 4 test compounds doesnt it? He does not know how he will react... If he gets gyno how will he know what he got it from? Surely a better starting cycle would be Test - E, a single simple compound to see how he reacts? Why go advance on a first cycle when he could do a simple cycle and get basicaly the same results...

ye suppose, im just going on what i had first and i had no problems, ive never had test-e on its own so couldnt possibly comment, my bad!

so are you saying that gyno could be caused by one of the esters and not actually the test?

test cycle on its own is a good one. Obviously some people will stay take decca or more substances, but you can gain A LOT on test alone.

To be honest from what I have read I beleive this is the case, unless I have mis interperated what I have read. I will not go in to it as I cant find the link as I am at work at the moment. But maybe some one can correct me if I am wrong (happens a lot)

that would be really intesting because ive heard before that test prop causes less sides than test cyp, not sure weather its because of the prop ester or if its because the test is out your system quicker if you get sides and stop,

anyone have the answer for us?

Well, if you do get something like test flu then with prop it will be harsher but last for less time.

good to know as i have just started test max 400 and berfore all i have had test wise is sus at 500mgs, thought test was test and panicked a bit there thinking the diffrent esters could effect sides like gyno, acne, etc

I think Lost Souls post is very valid. So imo it is useful as he is basically underlining the stupidity of this thread.

These threads are like groundhog day! There is no quick fix. Just hit the gym hard and eat! There is so much information on diet and training on these boards why make a thread regarding chemicals when no doubt your diet and training need a kick up the a$$. You need to address what actually makes you grow instead of looking for a magic pill or pin.
