cold or flu
the day after my shot i feel asif im starting to get cold or flu its kind of like from inside if you no what i mean this has only happend the last 2 times i keep expecting to wake up the next day full of flu but im always fine my foods ok my training is ok & i always shower after training. would taking my shot a day early or late make any diffrence ? or even changing the time of day. im taking 150 deca 250 sust in each cheek on a saturday at arount 4 o clock it dosent hinder me from doing anything & it wears off through the day. anybody else had this or can explain it thanks

Mine's passing at the moment - did my first shot of Sust last wednesday and Thursday was shivering and generally felt like cr@p. That began to pass, did another shot on Saturday and still got what feels like a bit of a cold, but not going to stop me training today - still at least if you get the Sust flu, that's a good sign its real.
