| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: utter utter newbie too true you have mentioned mass gainers but they only really work if supported by a good diet (thats not an entirely true statement but you shouldnt be relying on a mass gainer) i was always a small git, but since joining here and getting my diet up to par did i start to grow ive put on over a stone now and all mates comment on my increase in shoulders and chest etc ive even made packs of yobos back down which i could never of done two years ago, but that aside mate, i know what you want i used to be the same, i used to think if i get really fat i can turn it into muscle get a nice bulking diet down you with a good PWO meal/shake and you will see results much quicker than relying on a mass gainer not forgetting training hard and heavy ![]()

once you get to know your body , and how it responds to training then maybe reassess the steroid question,..... but what you are considering at the moment is a recipe for disaster mate. if building muscle was that easy every bloke on the planet would be sporting 20 inch biceps as ronnie said "everybody wants big muscles , nobody wants to lift big **** heavy weights"

If you are not willing to subscribe to at least 12 months training and quality eating then I think all responses will be not the ones you want to hear.

| It's what you do on the outside that makes you | Re: utter utter newbie its a miss conception that arnie and coleman etc are huge because they use gear as shaun pointed out in a previous thread of his, people of little body building knowledge over look the diet and hard training they have to go through to get amazing results in terms of mass or strength or general being big as you want steroids right now are going to do jacksh!t to you mate as a good solid base diet is needed and some general good understanding of what you are taking you are putting yourself in harms way with this attitude of take gear to get big i cant warn you enough we can only advise you here and of course as a member of uk-m we are trying to keep you safe so bite the bone mate and accept you wont get mass quickly, patience is your best friend in this game mate sure you can eat alot and get 'big' but a big belly and small arms isnt impressive mate so the choice is up to you really good diet, training routine and patience (months if done correctly) and you may see some great gains in terms of bulking, mass and strength or go down the road ignorance and take gear to get hardly any results that wont last and also possible health issues hope im not offending you as i can see you are quite determined to get quick results, but its never that easy mate

![]() | Re: utter utter newbie well strangely enough im not fat. its weird, i do have a little bit of a belly podge i spose but nothing big. and before everyone starts thinking the same as lost soul said above "usual bill bicep boy" the only reason i even contimplated it is because im not a gym freak who lives, breaths, eats, sleeps the gym. my hobbie is cars not to win the next strongman competition. (and thats not a dig at people whos hobbie is the gym) im just saying its not my hobbie, i look at it more of a way to reach a goal. just the same as kitting up my car, i do a certian amount of overtime at work to afford certian parts on certian dates. i think of this the exact same. i have an ideal size id like to be in my head and am 100% focused on doing what i need to do to get to that size on the deadline iv given myself. once iv reached that size ill stop and just do a smaller amount of going on the weights to keep that size. get no bigger, no smaller etc etc... |

It was nitrotech and gakic Quote:
If I gave you a kit car at 7am and said "have it ready to race at 5pm" you could build it to the best it can possibly be as a skilled mechanic...time is not an issue If I said you need £1m in your bank by 5pm and you have £1 at 9am you can do that too The body though simply cannot synthesise protein at the rate we want and therefore it takes months and years. Its like instead of giving you a kit car a packet of seeds and saying having a fcuking tree by 5pm...can you do that? no but you can build a kit car Did you never watch blue peter when they said "this is one i made earlier?"
