Any information appreciated

Hello Guys,

I am 19 years old. I just finished taking Deca And Test.

I have not noticed any results at all for some odd reason. 1/2 inch gain in

my arms, thats about it.

My question is. I am going to start Proviron And D-bols. Do I need to take

anything else with this? I have been looking around and heard Clomid and

something else? Please any help is appreciated.

Also. If I wanted to start on a very good diet, what are some of the

foods I MUST stay away from? And what is a good breakfest I can have?

I do not like Brocoli, I do not like Salad. I also do not like Oatmeal.

I like Egg whites, chicken, steak, potatos, all fruit. Im not a fan of the

Green Vegetables. I will have carrots and corn and mashed potatos.

I am 6 Foot 1 19 Years Old And weigh Approx 154 Pounds.

Please guys help me out on a good Breakfest, Snack, Lunch, Snack, dinner.

Thanks,

Holy ****...stay away from steroids. Look into a bulk diet...you need food not supplements or drugs.

Re: Any information appreciated

Could agree more with the above.

Your knowledge seems very scattered and your plan very rushed and hasnt been thought through well.

Being 6ft 1 and 154 pounds, you seriously need to consider hitting the compounds and going on a bulk diet.

I cant believe your asking about wether or not to go on a very good diet, after youve just finished a course.

How much gym experience do you actually have ?

If you want to get real big then you seriously need to start eating some serious food, steroids will get you nowhere ( as youv'e already found out to your cost). Your solution is to start eating and training seriousy, there's no excuse for not being able to add at least 50lb of muscle naturally over the next couple of years, then maybe if your still hard at it, think about a proper cycle.

Re: Any information appreciated

I know loads of people who eat 4 or 5 meals a day.

That could be 4 big macs or 4 packets of crisps.

Post down your daily diet
Your Routine
Your goals
