![]() | Cortisone Steroid injection before cycle Hi ppl first of all hi, want to say what a really good forum i havent really posted as i have mostly been reading loadza posts sinced i joined. Well i have just had a cortisone injection in my ankle last week and i was looking to go on my first cycle (asap). I am looking to go on a anavar/tbol cycle only (dont like needles so tablets only) havent got the stuff yet but doing my best to get a source (so hopefully soon). So if i get sorted and get on the cycle will the two steroids collide in anyway and would it be safe, thanks |

The cortisone injections will not affect your cycle, i had them three monthly in my shoulders. I'm just a little concerned about your idea for a 1st cycle. Whats your age,stats, training experience? | |

But personally IMO i would think T-Bol alone would be enough for a first cycle. Ifyou are ready for your first cycle that is regarding Diet/Training/Current shape. ![]() | Re: Cortisone Steroid injection before cycle I play soccer so before i got my ankle injury i played soccer 3 times a week and done weights 2 times a week. SO due to injury i havent played soccer and just have been doin weights. My goals are to get alot leaner, cut the fat to about 8-10% BF, put on about 6-10 pounds of lean muscles dont want to get massive cause if i can play football again il be going back so i want to be going back leaner and stronger. When playing football and doing weights i couldnt shift off the 11 stone mark no matter what. I would take any advice and all critism is welcome (dont go to hard on me lol). FIrst thing before i go on puctuallity is poor so sorry . age = 25 Weight = 176 pounds Height = 5'8 BF% = 18-20 (not sure) Diet meal 1 = 5 egg whites in 2 scoops of protein whey with 300ml of milk 4 weetabix or 4 Shredded wheat. 1 capsule of Cod liver oil meal 2 = 2 slices of granuary toast with jam and 2 thick slices of ham, Muller rice low fat. fruit salad meal 3 = Whatever is on work lunch menu, i keep it clean if possible try and go for meat dishes or pasta bakes. Grab a banana after lunch with a packet of jaffa cakes 3pk meal 4 = pre-workout protein shake (1 scoop) and an apple or some friut. (no-xpolde 1-2 scoops) meal 5 = post workout protein shake (2 scoops) 2 slices of granuary bread with jam. (cellmass 1 scoop) meal 6 = Dinner whatever is going normally good size dinner veg,chicken,steak,spagetti bolagise meal 7 =bedtime casein power, packet of nuts or something water through day and maybe a tin or 2 of diet coke training monday Chest/Triceps SETS REPS chest = Incline Barbell Press 4 6-8 chest = dumbell bench press 4 8-10 chest = smith decline press 3 10-12 chest = dumbell flye 3 12-15 triceps = lying barbell extension 3 6-8 triceps = cable pressdown 3 8-10 triceps = overhead dumbell extension 2 10-12 sometimes change exercises tuesday = legs Due to injury do most seated leg stuff cant do no squatting or presses and good session on abs wednesday = bit of cardio (light) just bike and rowing machine, abs, and bit on the punch bag thursday = Back/Biceps SETS REPS Back = bent-over barbell row 4 6-8 Back = Lat Pulldown 4 8-10 Back = T-bar Row 3 10-12 Back = Sraight-arm pulldown 3 12-15 Biceps = EZ bar curl 3 6-8 Biceps = Alt Dumbell Curl 3 8-10 Biceps = incline cable curls 3 6-8 Forearm = barbell wrist curl 3 10-12 sometimes change exercises Friday = Shoulders, traps SETS REPs Shoulders = overhead dumbell press 4 6-8 Shoulders = upright row 4 8-10 Shoulders = dumbell lateral raise 3 10-12 Shoulders = Bent-over dumbell lat raise 3 12-15 traps = dumbell shrug 3 10-12 saturday = cardio bike, rowing machine, punch bag, crunches, etc sunday = rest |

![]() | Re: Cortisone Steroid injection before cycle thats more than i would eat in a week u greedy fcuker !! i was wonderin why the t-brook garage never had any fukin eggs!!lol p.s.. keep the yolks 4 me.. ill make them in2 ice cream!! p.p.s u get a beter pump of exsplode than u do off anavar and thats no MYTH..lol rite im away to TONE UP HERE !! LOL .... peace out !! |

My advice would be to alter your diet and training to achieve your goals. A 12wk cycle of a diet and training regime tailored to your goals would be all thats needed to achieve them. | |
