Vitamins for on cycle? - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

hey guys.

Starting a test & prov cycle in next couple days. Could anyone advise on the vitamin supplements its best to take alongside if at all? Ive got a strong multi vitamin which I intend to keep taking and will be eating clean with high carbs & protein and plenty of fresh veg/fruit, water etc ... Is there anything in particular I should be supplementing with?

you could take a look at www.zipvit.com/
Shouldnt really think you need to supplement with more.
when on cycle i take
vitamins
green tea extact
milk thistle
glucosamine

Good luck with the cycle

Glucosemine's something I left out. I will get me some of that. H&B are doing deals on that at the mo anyway.

I use:

Flaxseed oil
Cod liver oil
Glucosamine
Multi vitamin
Zinc, magnesium and calcium
Milk thistle

You can usually get them on offer at H&B so never buy them full price not worth it.

Id definately add zinc, infact just take it all the time! Its a great supplement and il take it for the rest of my life
