Re: Drinking on gear:

Thanks lost soul this is what I was after, I need to be inspired to be honest though I put pints based on units for ease, It is dry whit wine that I actually drink just didn't want to give this odd image of me with a wine glass....but I am sure this is not a lot better anyway, thank you for advice. Reps to you.

Have you ever had help for drinking? Do you think you need it?

Do you think I need it.......I might not be normal for somebody who works out but i train 3 or 4 days a week and work full time with a wife and new born baby, I could be better I agree and have cut down a lot in recent times but will not consider this a success until I drink only rarely, do you really think I need help, wow.....I am a bit gob smacked but maybe you are right.

It was an open question rather than suggestion my friend
Some think they do, some think they dont, some know they do, some know they dont. The latter can can the boozing easily and put it to one sides, those with additive tendencies may have issues, hence why I asked as 28 pints per week is a large amount

Stick that with AAS and whilst its not a 'sin' its far from ideal

As for the original poster

28 pints a week, fcuk the issues with gear, thats a problem in itself, but your call, orals are obviously more of an issue with alcohol but realisitically you have having around 7000 calories of additional crap per week
totally agree mate, which in my case is one of the reasons i use aas to couteract the catabolic lifestyle i sometimes lead, as training naturally and going out like i do etc etc i would have no chance to progress, but TBH im happy with way i am and just maintaining currently.

As for rickski, just try to reduce to a few times a week and take it from there

Re: Drinking on gear:

Cheers jw007, lol I don't think cheers is right for this thread!!!, just back from the gym revitalised, did not even go down the beer aisle at Tesco...settled for a cheat day and got some Pop Corn instead.
Think I will start a drinking journal to keep me to my word, lol...

By the way was chatting to a six times Mr. Britain at Bettabodies my gym tonight and he said off season he used to regularly drink 5 or 6 pints 3 to 4 days a week, although he said it was definitely not advisable to get in to a habit. So all in moderation.
