| You'll Never Walk Alone. | Any Advice? Ordered some Sustanon which i'll get tomorrow, and wondered if anyone could give me some advice. I'm 24 years old, only of a slight build (9st 4) and 5ft 10". I've got a reasonably good muscle structure as my muscles are well defined through some years of amateur boxing but i've packed in the boxing and want go BIG..! I have a very high matabolism, i eat well and NEVER gain weight. I tried dianabol last year and got no results other than a 2lb weight increase. So i've been told that sustanon may be what i need so i've ordered some from a friend who takes it and is quite honestly huge, and was my size. I basically need some advice as to what to do to get the best results and the fastest possible way etc etc... Any help? |

Its a simple equation if you are on steroids or not you need to eat more calories than you consume and you will get bigger PERIOD! Steroids are not your answer. Post up a honest outline of your diet and exercise and we can all help. | |

I'll do my best here Typical daily diet= Breakfast:- Either cereal or 2 - 3 pieces of toast Usually eat a packet of crisps or similar before lunch Lunch:- Either sandwiches from home or 12" subway / burgerking etc etc Break:- 2nd break in work, usually a large sausage roll from sayers or a pasty Dinner:- Full meal ie, spagetti bol, lasange, Chicken and mashed potato, tuna salad or anything similar After dinner:- Before bed i would usualy have another bowl of cereal or crisps etc My exercise outline: I'm on my feet all day as im a retail security guard, i run after shoplifters on a daily basis, end up fighting with them etc etc |

Sorry my friend but that is a complete shambles Ok, to save you the posts of "WTF" etc etc, have a simple read on basic nutrition here and on other sites/resources You do not need gear and IMO this is steroid abuse as for the training? where are weights? |

| in preparation for nabba northern ireland march 14th... | Re: Any Advice? if you stuck to a good diet of 6meals a day of 40g protein and 50g carb each meal, you'l notice the difference in as little as 6months. leave the gear til you've reached your natural peak mate, then you can really maximise the full potential of steroids |

Not sure everyone is understanding me here... i find it hard gaining weight... i eat and eat till i can literally get no more in... the results= quite often weight loss... I then return to my natual weight of 9st 4, lose a few lbs and go back to 9st 4. I used to box 4 times a week training and fight around once a month sometimes twice which i gave up gain weight and muscle. I've been trying now for approx 18 months naturally, tried dbol and got very small 2lb weight gain which i lost pretty much straight away. Basically, all i want to know is... what do i need to eat (calorie wise) what the best protein shakes are and how to use the steroids effectivly. do i use more than one type or is sus enough? etc |

scouse_si your diet is lacking a lot from the little info you have given us and there is no indication of your training. Read up on a good diet, I suggest a good protien supplement and take into account your job, if its an active job I.E. bricklayer your going to need to chug down another 1000cals or so. seriously mate start with your foundation of diet and training. you cant build a palace on s1ht foundations. | |

go back to the start: weight training 3-4 times per week quality food 6 meals a day 200g of protein 400-500g of carbs to start increase these above over time suited to your gains 100g of fat 2-3 years weight training lots of sleep no supplements no gear no listening to your friends If at this point you havent gained weight, see your GP and have your thyroid checked Your posts are so close to being unbelievable | |

| You'll Never Walk Alone. | Re: Any Advice? i totally understand what you are saying lost soul but if i was to take your advice with the use of sustanon / deca / dbol / var etc etc surely the results would be greater and faster etc... this is all i want, good fast results from hard training, eating the best possible diet etc etc Also what protein shake is best? |
