Eat, Eat and eat again!!

Hi,

EAT, EAT and EAT again, this will form the mantra by which I will live my life!!

I am in week seven of my cycle, have progressed from 86kg to 92 kg at 5' 11'' in my first five weeks, great gains but then they stuck :(

Thinking I had saturated my receptor sites and that I wasn't gonna grow any more I spent a lot of money on supplements to kickstart the gains again......nothing!!

After nearly three weeks, I then thought, it's about time I started writing my diet down again, just in case and lo and behold, I was consuming 3500 cals a day MAX!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

I had become so consumed in work and previous relationship probs that I had stopped eating enough and hadn't even noticed.

Action had to be taken so I registered on Fitday.com, its free and enabled me to record my diet and even put it on display for others to scrutinise online. http://www.fitday.com/

I am aiming to eat 4-5000 cals a day, and only managing 4250 at the mo as I build up my food tolerance : ) but since increasing my food intake my growth has exploded!!

I have put on 3lb in a week and feel very anabolic..My mood has improved, my weights have shot up, I am recovering quicker, my god it's a miracle!! a miracle called food : )

So basically I wasted three weeks of my cycle through under eating, the moral being, have a good diet plan sorted BEFORE your cycle and don't be tempted to 'wing it' as I did. BE strict and record everything, food is a damn site cheaper than gear and can be a lot more anabolic....amen.

Oh yeh and before I go, I am now a lean 94 kg as of this morning, I WILL make it to 100kg one day!

fitday is a good site,

i dont eat enough when cutting, about 1500 cals a day max, but im starting to eat a hell of a lot more.

Good post Doc.
How true it is for people not to get the gains that they want due to undereating.
Overfeeding is anabolic, like dieting is catabolic.
Overfeed on cycle and diet the fat off cycle.

Im glad you figured it out now someone else wont have too;)
