Hi, im new to this site and just wanted some opinions on organon sustanon 250.



What are your views on sustanon 250?

What dose do you recommend?

How long do you recommend i stay on for?

What PCT do you recommend?

Training: 10 years on and off, more off than on.

Been training hard for the last 6 months.

If it's your 1st cycle then sust/test @ 250-500mg wk 10-12 wks would be a good place to start, follow that up with a well thought out PCT protocol and your on your way, just remember to train hard and rest well, diet while on cycle is crucial it needs to be spot on to maximise the gains while on cycle.

Yeah ive used gear before but that was like 2 years ago.

Bodyfat % ?? Dunno i have 2 abs at the top if that helps

Wanna bulk up and cut up a little at the same time.

Been offered some sust cheap. is this a good start? I would probably opt for 500mg per week for 8 or 10 weeks

Can sust be bad cause i heard it causes unstable blood levels'?

Sust is good, just shoot 500mg wk for 10wks.
PCT starts 3-4 wks after last shot.

Is Nolva On its own good enough?

im sure opinions will vary here but i like run a bit of hcg while the esters clear then go into serm/ai treatment
if you do run hcg run a low dose of nolva to stop any possable desenstization(sp?)

Hi, what does this mean?
in layman terms.. hcg minics LH , LH make youre balls produce test, to much hcg can 'numb' the LH receptors in youre balls to youre natty LH, nolva will pervent this from happening

I see hackski is a bit of pct guru im sure could explain it better than me
