Yah, this is true, I am far less active.
Strangly when I go and get all aggressive on the cardio, I usually end up injured then move around less
when people say it is a bitch getting older, it is.
I am way stiffer than I used to be.
Most people dont notice aging right away.
It is like the last 5 years it is hitting me faster.
I still feel ok, but getting drunk and racing your 8 year old daughters friends on a Razor Scooter is not a good idea.........."Note so self, dont get drunk and race kids on a Razor Scooter."
Man, that little injury is keeping me from working legs and cardio of any kind.

you would kinda hope so as they havent trained before and any stimulation will give a positive increase in LMB whilst catabolism is eating the muscle away, so its 1 and a half step forward, 1 back

Nit picking bud...apart from testosterone men and women really arnt that different you know...thats why you got nipples . From my results i would say the theory works...but every person has to find there own path to ablightement <--see what i did there :beer1:

LOL...the question is did you win?

Its just natural selection...older males and females loose fertility for a reason...quality of offsping is usually better in younger people...you can see this as the older a women get the more chance she has of having a down syndrome baby and other defeacts.

It all stems from the hunter gather days where life exptancy was probably something like 25 years old...so they had to procreate quick.

I will probably read this back tomoz and have a laugth...o well...its MILLER time!

Oh hell man, by a huge amount, some kids were even on bicycles, it was going up a hill that kind of got me.....lol
I think I stretched something in the back of my knee, like it is either the calf tie in to the back of the knee or the manstring tie in to the back of the knee or both
That was really freaking stupid of me..........

One day going down the driveway, it flipped me over and I bumped my head.

Ok mate, i will step away from this and put it down to the alcohol you have consumed but for those wanting to do VLCDs and train, dont
PSMF, possibly, staggered calories and carbs with very low days, possibly but a sttic intake of liquid caloires around 800 ED doesnt fit in anywhere where Bodybuilding as the study clearly outlines who was using this diet

Its based on the chronically obese who havent trained before

Cheers man i.ve warned him against taking growth altogether to be honest cuz hes only 28 and he knows fuk all bout it. So u rekon 2-4ius will be enough to start on? I think hes done two cycles on the gear. One with trem i think and the other with sust, dbol and deca. He is loaded mind and is going to buy a 3 month course to start with i think. I think he only wants the **** cuz he wants to burn his fat down.

Cheers for the advice mate. Hes been on 2 cycles b4 i think taking trem for one and sust deca and dianabol in the other but don't qoute me on that. I dunno bout the quality of the gear like cuz aint tried it personally. So u rekon 4ius will be good starting point? I think his goals are to get more ripped but maintain as much size as possible. I dont think hes guna take insulin tbh. His stats are 5ft 6in 14st and 15% bf. Thanks
