pct

hi all im new to this site.

can someone please point me in the right direction as far a clomid is concerned, ive previously used d-bol only courses but i have never used PCT as stupid as this may sound as i was totally un prepaired, i just bought tablets from the guy in the gym and was told to take 4 for the first to weeks then 5 for the third weeks and 4 again for the 4th week.

that was a long while ago .. now im no longer at that gym!

im now starting a new d bol course and after alot of research im quite confident this one will work well for me, only problem is i have no way of aquiring Clomid , i really need to use this to finish my course off , as i dont want to run the same risk as previously.
can some one please PM me in the right direction. im in the uk.

This site has been a wealth of information for me and the guys in these forums are top notch ive read absolutly loads of the threads

I hope someone out there is willing to help me and i hope im not breaching forum rules asking for people to pm me the info .

Google research chemicals.. there legal for lab use only
you should be able to get some of the guy you got the dbol of ,that or nolva

The guy selling the D-Bol doesnt sell Nolva or Clomid.
bit crap i know !

just after a UK based company i can get 50mg tablets from .. dont want the liquid stuff and dont want a foreign distrubuter due to the time it takes to ship... thanks for your help though

sorry for sourcing, i thought it was ok as long as you asked for pms not links to sites.... my mistake !

could you give me some advice on how much clomid i should take?

my training regime is mon / tuesday - Full weights workout, Wednesday is CV workout , Thursday / Friday - Full weights workout.

Monday - Biceps/Back
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - CV
Thursday - Shoulders/Abs
Friday - Chest/Triceps
Sat - Rest
SundAY - Rest

IM Eating 6 meals a day and i train in the morning.

Breakfast 6.30
Gym 7-8
8.15 - Maximuscle Cyclone Shake (after gym)
9.30 - Tuna Roll
12.30 - Chicken or Ham Salad Sandwiches, Banana and a Protein Bar
15.00 - Maximuscle Cyclone/Usn Pure Protein Shake Mix
18.00 - Tea could be anything from sausage/new potatoes/cabbage to pizza !
21.00 - eithor 2 x wheetabix and milk , Bowl of special K and milk or , 2 x bananas and custard

Cycle is ..

5 20

My advice would be to do some research in the relevant sections.
IE: hackski's sticky on PCT.
Diet section is a must too, with respect your diet is very poor and lacking, even a 10st natty trainer couldn't grow muscle on that diet.
Also read the dbol threads, IMO tapering is also a waste, pick a sensible dose and stick to ED for 6wks.

Nolva is 60 first day, 40 for 10 days, 20 for 10 days i find alone
Clomid 200 first day 100 for 10 days 50 for 10

those are doses alone

your training is not ideal, diet isnt, cycle isnt, circumstances RE supply of gear isnt

perhaps a re think on many fronts and decide to train naturally empowering your mind as you go?
