And we have done many times, its just that you dont want to hear it thats the problem.
You need to have built a good solid base from yrs of training to even think about taking AAS, otherwise you wont maintain the gains what so ever. you goals can be achieved by training and diet dont think AAS is the answer because its not in your case.

Re: Adive would be apprecited

I have a strange feeling of deja vu.
As i said in your other thread, stick with test only for your 1st cycle.
As you are going to take them regardless, at least listen and take on board what everyone says about your 1st cycle, One compound and one only.
Post you diet and training, as we have asked, without this we really can't help much.
The progress you make on your 1st cycle(and subsequent cycles) will be down to diet and training, if this is not spot on you will be dissapointed in the results you gain on cycle, we know the scenario from then on, the single biggest mistake (oh i'll take more steroids) thats not the answer, thats not how they work and you'll be forever dissapointed. Do some research on the way aas work, then you'll realise why diet and training are so important, Don't waste your 1st cycle and don't waste your time and money, in the meantime lets see that diet and training regime.

You will find it hard to get good advice from anyone who knows what he is talking about, you need to start training and this needs to be done for a few years to build a base, also you need to implement a good basic bulking diet, these 2 things will achieve you goals, starting AAS is not the answer and wont do much except blow you will water and your in no state to build muscle tissue, forget AAS trust me i am being honest, look into training program and food for you goals, i would go research in the appropriate sections.

There is no correct way to use AAS at your level or stage, start training would help.

Re: Adive would be apprecited

Your not ready for them, dude.

Your so desperate to take them - why? So you'll look hench in the local boozer?

Fcuk it, mate - train hard, rest hard & eat well & let people look at you in a few months time asking how you look so good - naturally.

Give it a year or so then revaluate.
