As far as i am aware this is a bad idea you should have some form of test in there. a deca only course is likely to mess with your libido and stop you getting a boner etc . I would get hold of some test asap mate |

Thanks for the comments I appreciate it.......in respect to research, yes did as much as I could (via internet etc)...but got much of my info from a "gym buddy" who is 'experienced' or at least says he is - I am now wondering of course since it appears I wasnt given the best advice?? |

Deca alone is not a good cycle imo and whoever advised you this is not one to listen to. You will need clomid,nolva (tamoxifen) for pct. Hcg is to be used throughout cycle (500 iu e3d) or during the 2 weeks leading up until pct. You don't really tell us much about yourself, as in training, diet, history with bbing etc. If your diet,training are not right then a steroid course will do next to nothing for you anyway. Much better to set the foundations up right than to just jump onto a cycle expecting miracles as it will not happen. If you've just started the cycle and the above are not in place then I'd stop and sort out the rest before you consider the use of AAS. If however the above is in place then add test to the cycle and research a proper pct protocol using the search facility of this forum. After all that is what it's there for .Keep us informed of your progress, decisions mate |

Ive been training for 2 years (5 days per week), reasonably good diet, but felt that in my late 30's I needed a change/something extra to give me a lift in training and get more noticeable results since I consider my dedication to be good. Not aiming for pure massive increase in size/mass, although I could do with getting bigger...........moreso looking for improvement in strength, muscle definition (and a little size). If you have or anyone has some decent advice on a course which better suits my goals I'd appreciate hearing it - thanks again, cheers |
