i've also researched that SERMS do drive up LH, however, there is no immediate response in production of natural testosterone. i read what an ai is, its really expensive and should be on hand if your gyno prone, if i do happen to get gyno symptoms im stopping the cycle and going straight to nolva, after 1 week if it hasnt ****ed over and gone, ill spend money for arimidex and/or clomid. and my diet? my diet is the most anabolic thing i have right now @300g protein daily.\ p.s i dont take this the wrong way. ![]() ![]() | Re: PCT I can't see the point in using these DS/PH, if you can get a SERM 9 times out of 10 your source will probably be stocking oral AAS like dbol and adrol. Why not use a drug that is well researched and will probably give better gains than these OTC drugs?

It binds to the estrogen receptor (selectivly), I thought this would be obvious from the term SERM (selective estrogen receptor modulators). What your describing is the effect of a AI. Mate I would explain further but you haven't even grasped the basics. Best not to mess around with things you don't understand. I'm glad you've got the protein covered, what are you carb source, fat sources and mineral sources? Well done for realizing diet is key, there are quite a few natural trainers on here that will be able to help you on your way until your really ready for the gear (which EPI is!). B&S: It's a case of not throwing out the baby with the bath water. Epi has been around for a while, does give good gains and it's sides are known if you do your reearch. It's not the be all and end all but it is another tool to call upon. Infact it's probably the first DS where it's gains easily out weight it's sides.
