For me i can feel the efect after about 10 days. but its like a buildup if you understand. Other substances your feel the efect in a hour or so...

how do you spot gyno?

do you tense the chest? or relaxed? and what does it feel like?

First sign I noticed was like it felt like I had a splinter in my nipple.
Took some nolva and proviron and within 2 days it was gone.

For me it feels like water flowing behind the nipple, quite distinctive, no pain and the hard lumps appear days/weeks after
