![]() | First Cycle selection I need some help picking out my first cycle. I have been lifting for aprox 3 years and have come to a stand still in my devlopment. Im 29 years old, 6'1 tall, 218lbs and 16%bf, diet is ok, I eat 3300cals a day with 200-225 grams of protein. I would like to do as simple of a cycle as possibale preferably 8-10 weeks. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: First Cycle selection I would drop the BF down before starting a cycle, idea BF would be 10-12% it will also give you a good spring board to gains when you do start the cycle. Stick with Test only for the first cycle, best bet Test E or Cyp. No need for any other compounds see how you react to one first and if the diet and training is in order you will produce great gains. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: First Cycle selection Its alot better if your BF is in the lower end for starting a cycle, dont listen tomthe guys who says its not, they are lazy and have no idea about Fat/muscle ratio and your metabolism shuttling extra calories to fat store because of the mode its set in. There is nothing better than starting a cycle from a stage of low end BF and to rebound into a cycle for building muscle tissue, prime the body for a few wks drop the BF right down with a slow prime and hit the cycle, the gains will be far better and take advantage of the anabolic window you have created, no need to put muscle onto a fat frame, you might aswell see what your creating. |
