| Coming off after 2 years on, major help needed.. Hi Guys,
Before I Post my full story, I am writing this for HELP, not to get flamed by anybody, so please only post if you can help me out.
Well a bit about me first, im 24, been training 8 years now, using gear for the last 3. The first year I did a few 8/10/12 week cycles, mainly sust at 500mg a week, usual PCT of Nolva/Clomid.
My stats are:
Height 5'7
Weight: 15 stone bang on.
BF: 11% measured on sunday morning just gone.
Arms: 18 and a quarter inches, left one a fraction smaller
Chest: 51 inches
Quads 29 inches
My 4th cycle, more or less has never ended. I have been on for 26 months now, meds I have used...Sust/Tren/Deca/EQ/Anabols/Oxys/Halo..also IGF 4 times. I would run a 8n week cycle of say sust and deca, then just run sust or test e at 1 jab a week for 4 weeks and go on another course, more or less bridging at 1 jab of test/sust a week.
I stayed on this year as I was looking to do a few shows, however I have decided not to do this now. I am looking at Bodybuilding as a long term thing now rather than get big quick. I am concerned for my health, as I now have a baby daughter to think about. Also I am not gaining any more muscle, my most recent course, which I am on now is 1500mg test e, 400mg tren hex, and nothing seems to be happening, despite me getting down 5000 calories a day, high carbs and protein, lots of decent fats in there too.
I now want to come off altogether. I will shortly have 1000iu of Hygetropin which I plan to use while off, would this be of any benefit to me? I know it should not mess about with my recovery too much. i thought while I was off I could run IGF/HGH and prime myself, as I will be off for 8-12 months, depending on how I am feeling by then.
I have used HCG every now and then during this period. I want to construct the ultimate PCT to help me recover and to hopefully set myself up for better results in the long run. I intend to get bloodwork done, but when should I do this?
What would you guys recommend as the ultimate PCT?
many thanks
Waheed |

| Re: Coming off after 2 years on, major help needed.. well i think asking for advice is the first step to getting you back to normal ...plus we have a non flaming policy on the board so anyone who flames you will be banned.....
i was on cycle a few years ago for 15months and crashed very badly it took me 11months to get back to normal during this time i ran multiple PCT's each running for 6 weeks followed by a 6 week period to gauge the effect of the PCT, first thing to do is get your bloods completed and do this every 2months to check your progress....
This is what i would suggest for the initial PCT...
Nolva 20mg ed for 6 weeks
Clomid:
300mg days 1&2
150mg days 3 - 21
50mg days 22 - 35
HCG 1000iu's e3d for 2 weeks then 500iu's e3d for the next 4 weeks
it is a good idea to run both GH and IGF whilst off steroids again i did this when i was off for the year....
i would run the GH at 10iu's eod for the whole period combine this with 6 week runs of IGF-1LR3 at 60mcg's PWO followed by 6-8 weeks off then repeat....
but by far one of the main points to your recovery is diet make sure your diet is good for at least Mon-Fri then have the weekends off and relax.....a diet of high protein/clean carbs and and decent good fats....
hope this helps mate....

| Re: Coming off after 2 years on, major help needed.. On a nutritional level I'd buy a Zinc tally to see if your defficient and add in a digestive enzyme containing betaine HCI. The last thing you want to be when trying to rercover is zinc or mag defficient. |

Best of luck with comming off the cycle. Just give it time and with luck it will be fine.

| Re: Coming off after 2 years on, major help needed.. Great post by Paul there.
I would agree strongly with the peptides. Your gonna lose some size but keeping the cals high and using GH/IGF will help keep what you can.
51" Chest and 29" Quads @ 11% BF makes you a big lad, I'm sure when you recover and do some moderate AAS you'll get that back and pass it too...at 26 you have plenty of time too. At least you have seen the problem you face and are seeking to change it.
In any aspect of life this is a good quality to have. You shouldn't get flamed, in fact people who still are on long heavy cycles may read this and take note.
Good luck mate

| Re: Coming off after 2 years on, major help needed.. All I have to say is all best on recovery. Let us now how you get on?
Everyone starts journals about their course. Why not start one about your recovery? Alot of us thinking of doing long courses and bridging could gain alot from you sharing your experience during the journey ahead?

| Re: Coming off after 2 years on, major help needed.. Thanks to all that have replied, especially PScarb, great post and I will definately go along with your advice. I am a member on a few other boards, I have seen people post similar questions before and get ripped to bits. This board has alot of decent mature members it seems so thank you all.
Becoming a father has definately changed my perspective on my whole life! I am no longer selfish, thinking about me all the time..I have a family to look out for and to be there for too!
A journal does sound a good idea, I will be getting all my PCT meds in bulk when I get paid at the end of this month and I will also get my first set of bloods done too. I wil try and post up as much info as I can as I am sure there are others out there like me. Gear can be very very addictive!
Pscarb, when you were off during your 11 months, how much weight did you lose, what happened to your physique? My diet is and will remain good, I have been eating clean and well for a few years now, I dont intend to stop now!
Again, many thanks guys. |
