Good luck with it all, its no big thing - just get stuck in and you'll be right. I would always switch my training around when I came off - different exercises and different rep ranges. I'd even start doing cardio! The reason being you want to create a distraction from comparision with the strength levels you had whilst on - in this way you create fresh goals and remain perky rather than allowing dark clouds to gather. Great post from Paul, I'm going to print it off and keep it - if I ever come off again, I'll be sure to take his advice. |
