i will be honest mate i did hold more BF than before but my weight did not drop to much my physique looked different in a way obvouisly the gear helps with muscle pump etc....

diet is the key and because my crash was unexpected although it should of been i was depressed for a little time and this effected my diet but once i sorted it i even went on to compete without gear....

wow so you conceived a child whilst on ?how long had you been on for mate ?
i am currently about to embark on staying on and this is my main concern that i may mess up my chances of ever having kids .

I was about 8 weeks into a sust only cycle when she got pregnant mate. And yes she is mine lol, she is the spit of me I think the HCG helped too, I ran this as often as I could to keep my nuts from shrinking, though they are not quite the same, they are not too bad! and also the whole fertility thing too, as I would like another child in a few years.

Good luck with it all, its no big thing - just get stuck in and you'll be right.

I would always switch my training around when I came off - different exercises and different rep ranges. I'd even start doing cardio! The reason being you want to create a distraction from comparision with the strength levels you had whilst on - in this way you create fresh goals and remain perky rather than allowing dark clouds to gather.

Great post from Paul, I'm going to print it off and keep it - if I ever come off again, I'll be sure to take his advice.

As others have said good luck i am sure you wil be fine providing PCT is intact and like Paul said diet is the KEY.

I imagine a couple of years of being 'on' costs quite a bit
