![]() | Workout advice Hi all, just after a bit of advice really. Im just going into my 4th week of training, im currently taking 2ml of deca on a monday and 2ml of sust on a thursday. I have trained in the past but nothing remotely serious. I have enough for a 10 week course but after reading on here over the past few weeks realised i have run into somthing before i can even crawl never mind walk!! I am going to take 6 of the 10 weeks then do PCT. Below is my workout and diet, any advice on improving my workout or diet would be greatly appreciated. Also advice on a PCT please. Thanks Mike Age: 20 Height:5'7" Weight: 10st 5lb Monday - Shoulders Dumbell Press 4x8reps Arnie Press 4x8reps Upright row 4x8reps Barbell Shrugs 4x8reps Lat Raises 4x12reps Tuesday - Chest / Triceps Incline Bench Press 4x8reps Bench Press 4x8reps Pec Flys 4x8reps lying tricep extension 4x8reps Thursday - Back / Biceps Deadlift 4x8reps Bentover Row 4x8reps Single arm dumbell row 4x8reps Barbell curl 4x8reps Havnt been training legs as i play football of a wednesday was told not much point. Also im going to start training on a sunday too if its recommended, maybe abs? Average day diet. 8:00 Wake weight gain drink, 3 creatine caps 8:30 porrige with raisins and bannana 10:30 Chicken sandwiches, pack of crisps,2 pieces of fruit 12:30 Weight gain drink, tuna sandwiches, crisps 5:00 Main meal something along the lines of pork chops, boiled potatos and veg 6:30 Protein drink while training 8:00 Tuna pasta salad 11:00 cerial (normally wheetabix) and weight gain drink, 3 creatine caps |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Workout advice sorry mike, i find it hard to suggest anything else than to get off the gear and run PCT everything you have stated is what i and many seasoned trainers abhor about steroid use. 4 weeks training? no legs? a processed food rich diet? complete lack of understanding of how to train effectively it all adds up to say "dont do it mate" when it comes to gear im sure others will help technically but i cant get past my morals so i will bump for others |

![]() | Re: Workout advice i started it on the word of someone else of how easy the gains come etc. very naive of myself really! i have noticed gains since ive started but to be honest if i loose all them gains then have to start again ill be happy in the knowledge that its hard work that got me them! i do not have any were near enough knowledge to be on the stuff so just want to make sure when im off it, im doing things right. |

![]() ![]() | Re: Workout advice Definitely take Lost Soul's advice mate and get off the gear. I'm only preparing for my first now and it's been 7 years of solid training in the waiting. There's tons of good information on the site for training naturally, give it a few more years at least mate. |

My honest suggestion is to wait 4 weeks now with no jabs and run PCT and think about your long term future and application into this game. its fine to fanny about in the gym but not great to play with your endocrine system on a mates say so |
