Hey Guys,

I have a mate who I am quite worried about.

He ran a course in the past, and I know he knew pretty much nothing. His diet is pretty crap and not strict, and drinking 3-4 protein shakes a day is a "good" thing to him.

I have just found out he is now doing 2ml Test and 1ml Sus every Monday and Thursday! Surely this can not be good!? The guy injecting him "knows what he is doing because he has done our other mate" yet he didn't know what aspiration was when I asked if he does it. I told him, and he said he doesn't do it because the nurse said don't bother if you are going in the bungay. Is this alright or should he still aspirate?

My mate did no PCT last time, and I have a feeling he isn't going to do any this time.

The thing that annoys me is, I'm natural and know more about them than he does, and I'm bigger and stronger. I know he isn't ready, but I doubt he would listen.

Any thoughts or advice?

let him learn the hard way it wont kill him but when he comes off let him try and hav sex he will regret no pct then lol

The word 'mate' was used in the first post...mates wouldnt in my circle of friends do that. Why not print him some info or point him in the direction of the net to find out what is an ideal approach. If he then feels his way is better explain the possible outcome and let him roll with it.

Not informing mates they are fcuking themselves up on gear is not funny like watching them pull a fat girl when drunk, this is a serious issue and I for one have had months of sh1te as a result of poor cycling of steroids
