![]() ![]() | just generally asking....... right getlemen this is just a general question and not saying i am gonna do one but. how long into training do you consider doing a cycle. i only ask as have been religiously following my diet and training and am feeling and looking better than ever. i am working out three times a week and pushing myself to the absolute limit, and i love it. but as i have been trying to make you all aware i am wanting to increase mypressance and i cant go to the gym every day (but ii want to lol) as this would over work my body and undo my work so far and have been reading every aspect of this site for weeks. and just want to know how i can step things up a notch or two.all the lads at work are trying to push me to gear. but did not want to go this way till i put at least a stone on naturally(and am **** scared of needles lol). but after reading up on the web i found a lovely looking oral cycle of anadrol nova and chlomid. but like i say when do i think about hitting a cycle and how dangerous to the liver are oral cycles???????? like i say go easy lads i am just generally asking:confused: |

I really reaaaallllyy dont think a first timer to steroids should be looking at Anadrol as though it's lovely. Mate it's oxymetholone and considered one of the most potents steroids around. You dont skip beers and go straight to Stroh rum 80% alchohol when you start drinking. A stone should be easy to gain when you first enter the gym. Try push training upto 4 days a week. Keep it simple, loads of compound exercises and get that foundation built. Would be nice to see your training program and diet. Post them up so everyone can give you some pointers. Your mates at work are not helping you by saying just take steroids. Getting you training right, eating right and then looking at a course would be helping you. Only way you will get the most out of it. | |

![]() ![]() | Re: just generally asking....... cheers gents. i am alway's changing what meals i eat but it is alway's clean and roughly same nutrition wise( i beleive). wake 2scoops whey heaped tsp creatine 100g oats 1 egg yakult milk meal1 3-4 eggs 3-4 slices wholemeal bread meal2 4 shredded wheat / weetabix around a pint of ilk lunch tuna or chicken salad sarnie dinner home made spagbol or fish homemade sauce and pasta shake 2 scoops whey heaped tsp creatine peanutbutter milk meal3 porridge and honey meal 4 3-4 eggs and toast snacks fruit nuts flapjacks the odd tin of tuna i drink about two litre of water a day and bout alitre of tropicana train monday wednesday and friday 10 mins cardio leg press 160 leg curls 105 calf raises 105 lat pull down 120 seated rows 120 seated bench press 80 seated fly 55 tricep extentions 60 bicep curls 60 tricep calble extentions 35 bicep cable extentions 45 i have no idea why the cable extensions are so low thats what the instructor told me and do excuse if i got the name of the machines wrongi just go to them instinctively and couldn't get copy of my programe as no gym today as some one done over my motor lol. any help would be grate lads am due to see instructor next week as this programe beomes obsolete then. :confused: |

| Re: just generally asking....... going back to what u said initially mate, how long have you been training? also the training you are doing isn't very useful for someone trying to put on mass. have a read around the site pal there's some great posts on 3 day split training routines. the push/pull/legs split was something that was brought to my attention recently and appears to be effective. but like the boys said previously i would avoid steroids until u feel u have gone as far as u can naturally. also oxymethelone....no...just no. not at first. best of luck with ur training pal. big dave :lift: |

![]() ![]() | Re: just generally asking....... cheers fella like i said was only generally asking i have not been doing it long at all only really like the last month and a half (its the lads at work constantly on about gear that got me so intrigued) also when i joined the gym th instructor asked what my goals were and i said GET ME BIG lol and that was the routine he gave me 3x10 on the above am not a big lad at all at bang on 6ft (just measuered) and now weighing 10 3/4 stone (approx 3/4 stone gained in the last six weeks) and possibly the worlds smallest doorman (now head doorman) and seriously want to increase my pressance and have been trying since i was 16 now 24 so anadrol and gear in general for me is a no no. ok can anyone think of any thing to help me go further faster (impatient i know but something has worked so far and want more lol) whats the push pull legs split about????????? how can i bulk faster HELP ME PLEASE lol |

With all due respect the training posted is something i would expect from an esporta trainee gym instructor If you want to juice think of all the things beyond the steroids which will make you huge with them generally being: patience time rest a good diet which is varied and can be kept up without issues From what you have posted most will say stay away, I for one, and there are plenty of routes to go for. If you dont know what a 3 day split should be, start there, not with something that will potentially fcuk you up |
