| Re: First cycle Journal I only plan to use 500mg enanthate for 3 months and dbol for 6 weeks at the start now, Im going to leave out deca, after having a talk with a strong guy he did 100mg of deca, and 250mg of enanthate and put on 17lbs, so he said start on low dose which i will do now |

Yeah thats the way I see it, like the old school bodybuilders where a blend of optimum health, vitality and muscularity, which is what I aspire to not just gargantuan size.
I all ways have to plan things out carefully if I want it, makes things easier if you get abit hazey - lol I'm abit of a control freak

I do de work where they don't though as I'm competing at the bpo open in september.
