Squat 2" below // First time in wraps today
60*5
90*5
110*3
140*4 easy
belt on tight
160*4 ~ vid to come
wraps on semi tight - ouch!
170*4 easy ~ video to come
wraps on tighter but not tightest
180*3 very nice :lift: had about 2-3 more in the tank

Dead lift
70*2
110*2
belt on
160*2 fast
belt tighter
180*1
200*1 1/2 I just missed lock out but I could of powered through, I didn't wanna push it to much though. ~ video to come
110*6 explosive
150*5 felt good

That is the only vid as my friend deleted them to get the dl... oh well.

The form is poo aswell but that happens when going close to 1-rm..

Laying low for afew weeks now going back to 5*5 work, having 3 days off as I feel cns is abit burned out also.

Pb's squats previously where 150*5 *2 at just over // saying that I was close to 20%bf at 13"7'... lol

LOL not burned per say, i just need to stay under 90% rm's for a litte bit. As in incorperate wave loading.

+ I trained me upper yest I usually like to take a day rest between heavy days..

You're rounding your back and not using enough hip drive amigo. But I'm sure you know that already.

Curiously you look bigger on the vid that you do in your photos.

Yeah I know happens at close to 1-rm, I have to sort it out...

Thanks for the compliment mate I have been bulking, In my avatar I'm around 76k (+the pic was pre cycle), I'm 82 atm 4500 kcals a day - Yeah buddy!!

MXD, sorry if you stated this already, but what sort of gear are you on,

enanthate? decca? dbol? of any sort, just curious. Youve gained well anyhow, do a good PCT.

Also, do you train differently than if naturaly, do you just go by feel on each day to see how much you'd lift on that day, or is it planned out?

Also has your deadlift improved much on?

Sustanon 500mg pw, dbol to front load.

If of works natty it will work better on, why change it. I can get away with 3 days in a row now instead of eod mind.
Dl when I was 13"7' and a fatty was 180*2 so gone up around 20k 6 weeks in.

No i cut pre cycle...

Deca - there is no need to use that much gear for a first cycle anyway. I should of only used sust, dbol with the next one would of been wiser..
