Well...
All this in my second week, only a sign of things to come.
Definitely gaining lbm now, still feeling pumped although less veiny.
Lower back pump and shin splits are becoming very noticeable and it doesn't help limping like john wayne, while being on your feet all day.
Taurine is helping massively and I'm dosing about 10g a day.
Modified my pwo shake today with 2g dlpa. I had a feeling of very nice calm and peace off it, very nice after an intense session , don't know if this is just coincidence however, I will report back to see if the feeling continues.
Also using Beta alanine which I got very noticeable effects from the last time I used it.

I decide to stay at the same weight as last week as I was obviously in an egotistical mood.. This coupled with the SLDL performance day before yesterday meant this was rubbish. Next week deads in the 5's. A2 Quad dominant: Leg press ~ slowish negs 2-3s

Very happy with this + 5 on last week, utterly unimaginable pump, again had to lie on the floor. My legs kind of seized up due to so much blood being in them. B1 Delts: Seated db press

Good workout. I'm f'ing irate though...
There wern't enough plates for me to deadlift and leg press at the same time while the gym was rammed this meant boys where getting seriously ****y with me
I got into the changing room and this one ( mid 30's seriously out of shape ) looked at me and shook his head! I looked at him and he straight away looked to the floor, at which point I just stood there and waited for him to say something, which he didn't, I could of ****ing floored him.. I kept my kool as usual though..
This kind of thing seriously ****es me off!, I had to cut my workout 1 set short even though I was utterly wiped out and probably would of anyway...
F'n mugs!!
I'm now considering moving back to my old gym where the people are nicer, better facilities/loads of plates etc.. It is 3 miles away in stead of one though, thing is I need the plates!
