Wink Advice for a Beginner

Hi Guys,

I'm just really goin over my options at the moment, i've only ever taken protein/creatine/aminos up until now and am considering goin onto something a bit stronger. From reading up on the forums I was thinking about starting with the following:

Dbol taken with an ALA, with Clomid once my cycle is finished.

Can you let me know wot u think about this combination, ie if it covers most of the bases of trying to cut down on side affects, etc as a first time user I want to make sure i have some good advice on getting it right before starting a cycle.

Any info would be a help.

you should research first.. make sure u know how to run it (dosage and mgs) and how to properly run PCT... however IMHO DBOL only is a waste of time since the general rule of thumb is that ppl lose 80-100% of their gains after stopping dbol...

how long have u been training for? how old r u? weight? diet(how is it exactly), routine?

not all the time true with d-bol mate, people generaly keep 50% of gains solongs as diet and pct is correct.

Although personaly, test based cycle would be a good start, or even anadrol.

Greyphantom swears by d-bol.
Hey some guys get good gains and orals might not be too bad for a first time user.
rule of thumb is 5 mgs for every 25 lbs of bodyweight.
Start your PCT the day you stop your d-bol.

i personally think dbol is rubbish, but im in the minority & alot of ppl love it.
if i did a 4 week cycle of 30mg a day, id gain 20lbs but within 3 weeks of stopping id lose 10lbs of it, even with a decent PCT regime.

also if your running more than 30mg a day id suggest getting some nolva handy as some ppl experience gyno problems

If your doing oral only cycle id go for 50mg winstrol for 4-6 weeks, you may only get 5-10lb gain but you'll keep all of it

There is a reason that bol is called the breakfast of champions...!!

Yep I love the stuff and it will work wonders but for some people it seems to not give them much... make sure your diet and pct are spot on... clomid is good... start that the day after your last dbol tabs.. if its your first time then I would suggest 6 weeks at about 30mg... ala is good... also drink water often and lots... train hard and rest hard...

Dbol only is not a waste of time IMO and is a good introduction to juice, though granted an injectable cycle is far superior. I gained 18lbs on 30mg of dbol for 6 weeks and kept 10 after pct... If thats a waste of time im perfectly happy to waste mine.. ;-)
