I cant seem to find accurate info for this question as many people seem to have a wide range of opinions, but it would be good to hear other peoples opinion.

I have just finished running 6 weeks on
25mg Dianabol ED
400mg Deca week
500mg Test E week

now running 2 weeks winny before pct.

Im wondering how long the gear will stay working in my system, e.g how long will the gains keep comming ? how long should the anabolic diet be kept running ? basically, how long will the steriods in me stay active ?

any opinions much appreciated !

Keep it running all the time matey, weeks after, will help you maintain gains, if your see your self holding bodyfat, the lower the cals a little bit.

I would say to start your pct no less than 3 weeks.
But actually I will go against the grain and say longer, maybe even 30 days.
Hey, what the heck you are already doing winney so even if you started 30 days after your last shot and ran the winney, the day you stopped the winey you could start your PCT.
Deca can stay in the system for along time.
Decanoate 15 days @ 400 would be 200 after 15 days.
Active life is about half that. This is where you will get the biggest amounts.
So after 30 days you will be somewhere around 100.
Natural serum test levels on an average is like 49

The test E you took was the same amount as me and I still felt it at week 3 after my last shot.
But just let the guys post and get as much information floating around as possible.
I dont know it all and this is just my opinion.

Not pct, my pct is due to start in just over a week, but im currently running 2 weeks of winny, so my PCT will start the day after my last shot of winny which will also be 3 weeks from my last shot of deca and Test.

I was just wondering on peoples oninions on how long the gains would keep comming after all gear has stopped. I remember I kept growing for some time after my last cycle which was pretty much the same as this one.

Well Andy (with the best avatar) B. I have been clean for over a year. I did one shot of test e 250 (I was drunk) and without blood samples, which are b.s. I felt it up to 19 days. I know my body. Strength, hair growth on the face and sex drive. That was only a shot of 250. I think most of us might be taking pct to early.:(

Andy, maybe a couple of weeks for gains after your last shots.
With the winny, you will keep gaining, up to PCT!

Yeah, winny should make you nice and solid mate. All depends on the person though really, like winger said, test he could feel up intill 19 days, others might say 15.

Winger is a trip gave him 100 mgs of prop and 250 test E (iranian). He said he did not like the shutdown and he said it took 8 weeks before he felt normal again. That is the upside and the downside. What goes up must come down.
Speaking of which I am down, down, down.
I am upset about this. I feel myself getting weaker. Nuts are getting smaller too and I am 8.5 weeks out.

I have not even thought about sex in weeks.

So, I did what any gear taker would do and took 1500 mgs of HCG this morning along with 50 mgs of clomid
Gonna do this for a few weeks and see how it all goes.
