Glutes, Quads , Delts. in that order don't bother thinking about anywhere else. You do not benefit from injection site growth, its a myth. Otherwise we would all have huge ****s!!!

hey i have been doing the gym not for a year 1 i am not seen great changes in my body just want to know what would be the best jab to take and where could i get it and how much

with that user name it just made me laugh.....

the best jab would be steak, get it from tesco about 7 quid a kilo up to 15 quid for the really good gear..

not what its sounds like it what i work as.

i from ireland and i dont think that they have that stuf in tesco i real bum when it comes to things like that what will i need like kit wise

well, i like to grill mine... then use a knife and fork to eat it with....


seriously... if you are going to the gym and not seeing results it has to be diet related... either that or you are poncing about doing dumbell curls instead of deadlifts and squats...

and really you need to start your own thread...

Providing the tattoo's werent done bout 10 days ago shouldn't be a problem! lol! A friend of mines shoulders are heavily tattooed including a huge cover up dragon that spreads down his arm, and he always injects in his shoulders. its the only site he uses. furthermore it doesn't seem to affect the quality of his tattoo
