Evening All,

I keep reading in various places (mainly on pro-hormone use) about people stacking a cycle with products to help keep natural test levels higher on cycle!

Now I am far from an expert so may be completely wrong on this but here goes:

I struggle to see how any supplement will help keep natural test higher during cycle. Seeing as synthetic hormone is being taken into the body the body will recognise these high levels of hormone and the feedback loop shuts down natural test production.

Most of the products I have seen suggested for use are aromatase inhibitors thus stopping the aromtising of test into oestrogen.

You would think the body would respond to this by starting natural production of test to be further converted. Why would it do this when there is already a surplus test or other hormone?

So the question is should you just accept you will be shutdown during cycle and spend your hard earned on a better pct rather than waste money on a supp thats unlikely to work?

Just trying to gain more understanding on this subject before my first 'real' cycle later in year.

HCG can keep the nuts working to a certain degree during a cycle.

Look it up mate.

Cheers mate, From what I have read HCG just helps maintain size of the testies enabling quicker recovery during PCT. Does it actually stimulate LH ,FSH etc?

I would say not but will go and do some more reading.

I wouldn't know without checking, but I think so. I can't imagine it would just maintain size and not function, but I'm sure others will know.

the governing factor for test levels in the body is the HPTA this gets suppressed when using any steroid at levels that will produce muscle growth, HCG used on cycle will not prevent the HPTA becoming suppressed it will help the nuts(leydig cells) tick over so that PCT is not as harsh to recover from.....your body is not stupid once it detects a synthetic steroid in your system it will reduce the natural output of test down to nothing...

That's what i figured. Thanks for clearing this one up. It's scary what gets banded about on some forums that seem to be pro-hormone mad.

There are lots of people using these products now as available over the counter and have no idea of safe usage and are purely self misinformed.

I started down the same route but packed that in and decided to do alot more research then sort something out worth running.
