Hi guys.

Been told to get bacteroistic water for mixing my hcg as it lasts in the fridge. I can only get hold of sterile water from the pharmacy and wanted to ask you guys how long this stuff lasts once mixed.

If not as long as i'd hope for then i will only mix up what will last. Dont wanna be wasteful.

It has come with water but i have been advised from each vial, to mix up 10 shots if poss hence why adding more water (sterile) and jabbing myself 2-3 times per week. I'm in mid cycle, infact week 3 of 8

Harry reckons sterile lasts 7-9 days so i'll probably just mix up a weeks supply at a time (2-3 shots)

Get your hands on some bacteriostatic water, I think sterile water comes with pregnyl, they call it a solvent.

Here is what I do.
I get a 30ml bottle of bacteriostatic water, add the water to the HCG, then after it is re-constituted I put it in a multi-use vial and stick it in the fridge. This will last around a month in the fridge, some times less.
Or, you can preload all of your syrenges, and toss them in the fridge.
Either way is fine.

I would buy the bacteriostatic water to be safe, novarel comes with bac water but I dont think pregnyl does.
Plus, you want a good estimate of how much water you are using, some in the pregnyl isnt even 1ml, so this makes dosing a bit harder.
You can also thin it out easier for dosing when you add more water to it like the bac water.
I leave the back water in the fridge after I crack it open.
