Pscarb - help needed.
Hi Pscarb,

A friend of mine wants some advice, hes 10 weeks out from his 1st comp, its the UKBFF North West 1st timers show on 25 may in warrington.

His cycle at the moment is, GH 3IU - EOD, 1ml winstrol injections EOD, 2ml Equipose, 2ml Enanthate, 2ml Propionate once a week.

He just wants to know what would you recomend for him to get in to best shape for his show?

Or what dieting gear would you recomend for him to put in his course?

Thanks for any advice you can give.

Lol @ this thread, your mate will get a better response if he joins the forum and gives a bit more info than just what gear he's using.

On a side note ive also got a mate whos doing the 1st timers @ warrington

at 10 weeks out he should be on AAS like SUS/Test E/Deca/EQ (not all at once) at the 6 week out mark swap over to the short esters that dont aromatise much a typical cycle would be..
Weeks 10 - 6
Sus 250
Deca
Weeks 6 - 1 (stop all jabs 6days out from show)
Test Prop
Tren Ace
Masteron
all the above 1ml eod
Weeks 4 - show day
1mg Arimadex ed
i cannot give doses as i do not know you mates stats...
i personelly would do 3iu's ed of the GH what type is he using?

at the end of the day the steroid used is only important in the last 4 weeks as water retention is more of an issue, he should not be on short estered steroids at the moment.

diet is key....
