Just thought id post a poll to see how long you guys take off steroids

personally , last year i did 2 cycles , one 8 weeks long and another 10 weeks long

I'm on "something" pretty much all year round but not necessarily gear. It may be peptides, slin or GH etc

So whats the logest you have been on gear. Do you find the GH ties you over the the next course and maintains size better?

The longest I stayed on straight and then did PCT was 7 months.

I had a year off after that one and recovery was well murder.

However I've now been on since last September, I haven't come off. What I have done is drop the dose to 125mg a week and bridge between cycles.

I may stay on this dose 8,10,12 weeks and consolidate gains then go back on again. I'll use GH/Slin when I first drop the dose because there is still a negative feedback loop when you drop the dose. Similar but not as extreme as coming off completely.

I cant condone bridging, the only thing ill say is that most people bridge with far to high a dose. What I try and do is use a TRT type dose.

If everyone answers the poll truthfully i think it could get very interesting.
All year round for me, but i'm 47 and cruise for at least 6mths of the year.

usually about 8 weeks regardless how long i have been on but will be having shorter breaks this year, around 6 weeks

This is so true. I think alot are not completely honest about what happens in between the courses. Look at how your body weight see saws when using time on/off principle.

I'll more than happy stay on all year round as long as when the misses demands to have a kid after she has given up begging I can come off and still have one.

It took me six months to get normal sperm levels again after a 7 month cycle

it took me 8months to get normal sperm levels then 3months more to get my wife pregnant after being on for 15months, definatly was not a good experiance although that amount off gear helped me progress and now i use much less gear per week for example in 2005 when i was on the 15month cycle i was using an average 2.5g per week now i am using 1g per week at the most....

Although i am now off as long if not longer than i am on AAS i have been using GH for the last 18 - 24 months along with cycling IGF-1LR3 6 weeks on 12 weeks off....

Your feedback is always great to read mate. 11 months recovery is not a nice though....

2.5g/week!! christ you must have been walking around like a wild dog! Where u only using one compound or a few during that time?
