![]() | End of Cycle Hello Guys My 1st cycle has ended 2 weeks ago and begin my pctnext week. Overall its been a great experience and ive put on a total of 3 stone. I know some of it is water and was wondering at which point this usually goes. I couldnt help but notice i had fat ankles today and my waist and face are also a little bloated. Another thing thats been bugging me is that i get bad cramps in my forearms and calfs and was also wondering if anyone got the same. Cheers |

On cycle I find that I cant walk fast as the calves just blow up (too pumped) and then they dont want to bend. You will notice the water go away pretty soon. You can drop the salt, up the water and maybe cut back on the carbs a little.
