I don't think you will ever get rid of the lump TBH, only surgery will do that now, but the Lethro will reduce it as much as it can. If you have no sides (ie. loss of labido) then I'd stay on it until PCT mate.

I dont think the letro will get rid of a hard lump, maybe some soft stuff but the fiberous lumps I dont letro would work.

What do you mean by e 'soft stuff' Hackskii? This is where I get confused by gyno & the different types.

Ecksarmy11 I had a painful lump an inch to the left of one nipple. I hit the Nolva hard at 60mg ed for a week then 40mg ed p/week then 20mg ed for a week or 2. The lump shrunk to less than half a pea and is not visable. I was on a Sust & Deca sycle.

However I then developed (from the HCG i think) a fatty area around my nips. The aereola and nipples are slightly puffy. Almost a little bit saggy. Is that whats meant by the 'soft stuff' or is that something else?

HCG is one drug that can give you gyno symptoms in just a day.
It heavily aromatizes.

Soft tissue is probably early gyno, once it has been there for a while it probably will get hard and fiberous.

Just a quick question, i no i get fat quite bad around my chest but how do i tell the difference between fat and gyno? Ive always wondered this? Apart from cutting down my bf (which i am doing at the mo).

Good news is the letro seems to have done the job !
Libido has now been killed virtually stone dead though.

I am currently tapering down the letro from 2.5mg ED in 0.5mg increments until I get to 0.25mg ED.
I have 1 week until I start PCT.

Can't wait for a couple of beers but will try and wait until after PCT.

PCT will be:-
Week 11-12 Clomid 100mg ED, Nolva 40mg ED
Week 13-14 Clomid 50mg ED, Nolva 20mg ED

Is there anything I should add in, i.e ZMA and Trib to help increase libido a bit quicker ?

I havent read the whole thread so this may have been mentioned, but overlap your nolva with the letro at the start of PCT by a few days. Theres likely to be an oestreogen rebound after the letro is out of your system and you dont want to be unprotected from a gyno point of view.

Good point beequeth, but overlap by how many days exactly ?

Also should I overlap my entire planned PCT (clomid+nolva) with the letro by a few days or just take some nolva with the letro and then start my planned PCT ?

IMO the nolva will take about 2-3 days to be working to full efficiency.
So, start the nolva 2-3 days before the last letro dose. I would make the overlap point the start of my pct personally, but it depends on your plan, ie, when you are due to start pct. If its a few weeks to go yet and you want to get off the letro, you could bridge to your planned pct with 20-40mg nolva pd.

I can only just about feel something there now if I really poke around, but it's more or less completely got rid of it.

I am tapering down letro from now and would have 3 days at 0.25mg ED before I was due to start PCT in 1 weeks time. Therefore, from what you are suggesting I should stay on letro for a further 2-3 more days when I start my PCT.
Day 1-3 of PCT will therefore be 100mg Clomid, 40mg Nolva, 0.25mg Letro.

spot on,im in the same situation & have just started taking letro & winnie to combat a small lump thats appeared.
fingers crossed the letro will get rid.

Pretty much 2 weeks. Tapering down now so will have been on it for 3 weeks in total.
I started with 1.25mg ED for 4 days, then upped it to 2.5mg ED from day 5.
Didn't effect libido that much to begin with but has pretty much killed it now.
