Is there any truth that you can take TAMOXIFEN the same time as you take your D-bol???? :confused:
And what does GYNO mean,lol

Eh? As in - do they both fit in your mouth?

Some advocate running a low dose along side Dbol. Usually advised by guys using pretty out-of-date but popular literature to plan cycles, written by an outspoken Northern lad.

IMHO - you wouldn't drop a tramadol if you didn't have a headache - and you don't munch nolva unless you need it.

It interferes with the muscle building, reducing the effectiveness of the AAS, and it's posionous. And there's no need. Much better options around for what people use it for anyway.

In 5 or 10 years people will laugh at the use of tamoxifen in bodybuilders.

What do you suggest instead, I currently use AI's as I'm gyno sensative (very), but I'm concerned what that does to my estrogen levels.

Choose the cycles wisely mate and add proviron to them. It will help and has a range of other benefits too. You can run it right through PCT too if you choose. Much better than a month depressed and with no sex.

Different compounds react differently in different people too - if you don't get on with one, try an alternative.

If you need the nolva, then run it - but wait until you feel the signs coming on. Puffy nips, itching. Perhaps a feeling of dripping or running water behind them. If that happens, hammer the nolva then run it at low dose for the rest of the cycle and PCT.

Is tamoxifen ok on its own? I think the 14x14 lads had just that at hand, incase they had signs of gyno?

I prefere an AI over nolva during a cycle.
I think it just makes better sense.

Hi mate can u explain me how you would run the proviron through PCT?
I usually use it in the two weeks between AAA and PCT, do you use it during PCT as well?

first off why the bloody hell are you using steroids when you dont know sod all about the most common side effect Gyno??

Proviron is good but it is not an anti-e it just has weak anti-e properties it is great on cycle but not as an anti e but as a compound to help with the effectivness of the AAS by attaching to SHBG....i will agree it is great off cycle for libido...

Personally I run 50mg per day through cycle, 25mg per day through PCT

It absolutely doesn't replace primary meds - but helps a little in many different ways.
