Anyway I’m just approaching the end of my first proper cycle, based on 500mg test and 40mg dbol. Cycle was extended from 8 weeks to 10 because the gains were still coming strong. I’m running VAR at 50mg now for 3 weeks and I’ve got some Apex prop to, but I’m not looking forward to the dead leg scenario.. lol Anyway I wanted to test my strength out on the bench last night and going up in 3 rep sets form 115k I managed to squeeze out 3 reps at 132.5k. Though I obviously fatigued myself on the way up by going up in 2.5k increments, fresh I think I could have nailed it for 5. So basically I’ve put about 17.5k on my bench so far. I’m gona do the same think for the squat and deadlift later in the week and let you know how I get on. Weight after week 10 is 14stone 13lbs up from a starting weight of 13 stone 7lbs. I’m running prov at 50mg a day and don’t feel I’m carrying much water at all. Basically a big thank you to all you guys for the help, advice, support and abuse I’ve received along the way. ;-) Now do you think I should run some prop as well up to PCT?

I mean I dont mind losing a bit but would be gutted not to keep a stone of the gains.. Do you think I should run some prop for the last couple of weeks up to PCT?

I know I dont really NEED it what with the VAR up to PCT, but thought it may be usefull nevertheless. Plus I want to feel what the pain is like cause Id consider using to kickstart cycles in the future instead of orals. Thats my logic anyways but I value your opinion.

See how you do and then plan your next cycle. Oh, before you are done I would do 3 plates. This is a good goal and a good ego lift. But that is just me.

![]() | hi mate, bd and gl and apex prop sting, viro is sound, as hackski says just let the enan taper off, i have laerned my lesson cycles stacking 3-5 differant compounds, all u get is more sides and a lighter pocket - test,food,sleep,train = get BIG.......

Rather nail 130 for 6-8 reps then push on.. Christ aint i getting restrained in my old age..lol Thanks for the advice guys!!

My personal best was never 3 plates. After 2 or 3 cycles then I went up over 3 plates. The day I first did 3 plates made me massivly happy. I was like ah hah now I finally did it and I was 43 years old. My next goal was 2 plates each side on inclines. Well, a shoulder injury and this is not looking like it is going to happen. Keep it up Aftershock you are doing great.

![]() | Good Stuff Aftershock, sounds like you've made some good gains there,I'm running prop for the last two weeks of my cycle while my sust wares off and liking it. I've ordered up some tribex 500 trib to take alongside my pct as I feel it really gets u producing your own test again.all the best mate. |

Still undecided whether to run it or not, dont want to let by enthusiasm get the better of me. Id like to do at least a couple of shots if possible to see how i get on wit it in terms of discomfort etc, cause id like to avoid kickstarting with orals in the future. The combination of Test and VAR is brilliant though, and id consider using that combination in the future. Maybe I just need shouting at..
