Re: chest pains?!

Have you put on much weight?
What's your Blood Pressure like?
Do you smoke?
Do you do Rec drugs?

It could be due to putting on water, but then again it could be a lot of things, ie. training the chest harder and feeling more pain etc..

If I was you I'd go and see your Doctor and say that you have been getting chest pains and heart pulpertations, don't mention gear at this stage. He should be able to give you an ECG (I think it's called) that way you'll know if there is something wrong for sure.

Re: chest pains?!

cheers for the advice people.

Went to the doctors, she said ive got something called an ectopic heartbeat. which can be brought on from numerous things such as:

excess caffine
recreational drugs (cocaine)
stress
anxciety
Anabolic steriods!

Apparantly its relativley harmless and will gradually subside without medication.

Yep, same here. I hate bloody Tesco for selling that cheap Kick stuff on 2 for 1 deals - I'll have 4 litres at work easy each day. Can't be doing me any good. :(

Fcuk me, you nutter! There's your answer right there - knock the caffeine on the head, or at least cut it down to a reasonable amount.

I used to get the odd chest pain if I drunk too much coffee. Only have about 1, maybe maximum 2 cups a day now & I'm fine. Oh, & I've introduced cardio

I know, I've been trying to cut down slowly but I just find it sooo hard to function without it. And no kidding the withdrawal headaches are worse than any hangover.

But I will be caffeine this year (i hope) its just going to take time.
