I am almost in week 5 of my first cycle - 400mg DECA/500mg SUST

Thanks to Biker's advice I am going to run PCT 3 weeks after the last jab

I have already got some Nolva, however, reading through old posts and talking to people, some say Clomid is more effective

Would be good to hear your views. Also if I was taking Nolva i would run 1st day 60mg days 2-8 40mg and days 9-18 20mg. What would the dosage for clomid be?

nolva for my money.

Clomid dose is:

300mgs day 1
100mgs for the next 10
50mgs for the last 10.

Nolva:

100mgs day 1
60mgs for the next 10
40mgs for the last 10.

But i think the best way is to run nolva as above with 50mgs clomid ed, all your bases are covered then,

I run my PCT for 30 days on the nolva.
I use both but the last week I use nolva by itself.
The half life on the ester is pretty long on Deca so running an extra week would be a good thing.
The last 10 days you can taper to 20 mgs and run for 30 days total.

Clomid for me IMHO it's more effective for PCT than Nolva.

every study showing benefit to HPTA from nolvadex, the duration of the administration is 3-12months.including studies cited by William Llewellyn in his nolvadex vs clomid article. In studies showing levels of LH, FSH, and testosterone checked after short durations of nolvadex, they were either insignificant, or their was a drop.probably because nolvadex selectively works at the mammery as well as bone and liver, taking longer for LH stimulation to occur.
With clomid, benefit to gonadotrophin concentrations, LH, FSH, and serum testosterone can be seen in 2-6wks. Because of the selective nature of the two, and given the usual PCT duration, clomid is superior at LH stimulation than nolvadex. both would be a wise choice
