Re: weight like a yo-yo!

Yes but you feel that much better when you get on the scales on a monday and find youve put on 3lbs than if you get on everyday and hardly see and increase. jot your weight increases down every week.

Granted I was dieting so may be a little different(although bulking and doing the same!) but on a few times I was like 5lbs heavier and being that weight a week later is kinda heart breaking when you have done so well which is why I did the average thing and also could just bang in the weight in to excel and had a formula to work it all out - so was better for me

Do agree with what you are saying though totaly

Re: weight like a yo-yo!

i just hate getting on the scales and seeing the same weight, if im dieting i need he weight to have gone down atleast a couple of pounds and if im bulking then vice versa...just find it plays with your head less that way. but each to there own.

Re: weight like a yo-yo!

Im not on gear and my weight can change up to half a stone from morning to night and Im not big at all. Its all water mate and when your on gear your going to hold ALOT !!!

I weigh myself every wednesday morning first thing. I eat very routinely during monday to friday. This means the changes in the scales week to week are my bodys weight changes and not my food or water consumption changes.

This isnt an exact figure of course but I find it the best method for me.

Re: weight like a yo-yo!

Checked again last night. Around 88kg. The highest i've been in a few months. I did eat an awefeul lot of food this time. I was 14 stone last november, which is 89kg. I'm adding lots of eggs into my diet as i no the bioavailability of protein is the highest there is.
I will have to get a good set of scales for my room and take a weekly average.

I think i'll drop the test prop from my cycle now and up the enanthate and deca to compensate. Maybe 500mg test, 400mg deca. I did that before with good effect. I'll drop the deca a week before the test to help my PCT.

Glad to hear i'm not the only one with erratic weight changes

Thanks
