Crystals in bottom of letro vial?? - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Is this normal, just wondering, got mine from AG today. If it is, should I shake it to mix it, or just leave it?

It needs to be really shaken hard before use, it will then mix into the solution and be fine to drink.

Thanks for the help Harry, but I'm shaking and shaking and it's still a white layer of crystals in the bottom of the glass. Is it supposed to be like this, or do I need to scrape it loose or something?

No mate I have this with the AG stuff before just keep giving it a good shake everytime to use it or get a chopstick in there and give it a stir, it will be fine.
