Another Newbie to your forum and good to be here ;-)

I have a question on gyno if anyone could advise at all?

Been training naturally for nearly 10 years. Recently done a couple cycles for the 1st time. 1st one was a Deca only cycle (not the best I know, but felt I'd try something easy), next one was Sust & Deca.

Anyway to cut a long story short I developed a gyno lump an inch to the left of my left nipple. Week 7 out of 10. I dosed up on the Nolva and this went down. I then used nolva & 2 x shots of HCG as pct @ 5000 iu (bit strong that I realise now). This seemed to shut me down big time and although the lump decreased over time (now about the size of quarter of a pea) I very quickly developed a fatty nipple area! mainly my left but both are affected. This was 6 months ago! The lump is so tiny I dont know its there but I have a real complex about the 'droopy' nipples. My nipple areas tend to sag or droop a little which changes the shape of my chest alot.

You read so much on here about Gyno Lumps, but not alot is mention about the fatty looking area. Is this still classed as Gyno? A different type of Gyno? When I'm cold I look normal, but when I'm warmed up then I look like 'Cone Tit the Barbarian' :-) Not so good really.

Anyone with experience of this and how/if they managed to shift it I'd love to hear about. I would consider surgery as a last resort, but will exhaust everything else 1st for financial reasons mainly!

yes that is gyno, there is two types of gyne i read about it long time ago by now i dont remember and my english its to ****ty to help you out bro.
i dont understand why peoples dont go to doc, go bro and ask he should sort this

Do a search on Lethro (Lethrozole/Femara), this is the only real med that can help if it doesn't then it's surgery.

I have the same, Just get as big as you can and live with it unless you can go for surgery! Mine was pubertal so i dont feel bad!

Try and do incline chest more so ur nipples are lower and not as noticable

i always thought my nips looked weird i knw it sound stupid but i might post a pic to see if its gyno or just my bf% levels as iv never been under 14% so i wouldnt know

is this gyno or just higher bf% a recent measurement said i was at 15% so i shouldnt be anymore tan that as i have lost weight since then
